Individual Counselling & Psychotherapy
We provide a safe and confidential space for individuals to discuss their personal and emotional challenges with a trained professional. Our counselling services can help individuals with a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief, and trauma.
The goal of counselling is not only to support clients to overcome difficulties but also to help you make progress in improving your mental and emotional well-being, helping you flourish and live a full and meaningful life.

Counselling & Coaching for Children, Young People, Parenting & Families
Counselling offers a safe and supportive environment for children and young people to express their thoughts and feelings, develop coping skills, improve communication and problem-solving, and enhance self-esteem and resilience. For families, counselling can provide an opportunity to improve communication, resolve conflicts, gain understanding of each other's perspectives and needs, develop strategies to strengthen relationships, and navigate transitions such as divorce or illness. We offer counselling and coaching sessions for children, young people and families.

Community & Workplace Group work and Training
There are so many benefits to learning in a group context. We offer a number of group workshops and training to support your community and workplace thrive and grow.
We offer:
Circle of Security and Toolbox Parenting programs and workshops.
Circle of Security for Educators in schools, early learning settings and children’s centres
Compassion fatigue, Vicarious Trauma and Self care workshops
Well-being workshops tailored to meet the needs of your community, school & workplace.
